Wedding Ceremony***

* Civil ceremonies and Christian ceremonies without a Mass. For other religious ceremonies, please contact us for a quote based on length of the ceremony.
**Christian ceremonies including Mass. We no longer book ceremonies by the hour due to their varying lengths. This way, we do not have to charge you extra for taking 10 more minutes to perfect your hair!
*** We would be happy to play for your cocktail reception/dinner after the ceremony! Please use regular booking fees by time to calculate total cost, or contact us for a quote.

Booking Information

All groups have a minimum booking of 1 hour, and may thereafter be booked by the half hour. Booking time includes continuous and non-continuous playing time from the agreed start time to the time we agreed to finish playing, including any amount of time for which we have been requested not to play (during speeches, ceremony etc.) Groups require a 10 minute paid break for every 60 minutes of continuous playing time. It is suggested that you coincide breaks and speeches with the schedule to provide for maximum playing time.

Note: Signed contract is required to finalize booking.

Soloists

If one of our musicians is requested to accompany a soloist for your event we require the following:

• The soloist of your choosing must have either a University degree in Music (voice) or must be training privately with a certified teacher. The instrumentalist(s) required a minimum one (1) hour paid rehearsal prior to the date of the event. ($40/hour per instrumentalist)
• If you would like Musician Finders to supply a soloist of our choosing, we will provide a University trained musician. The cost of this service is $80/hour or part thereof. The instrumentalist(s) will rehearse with our soloist prior to the event. A one (1) hour paid rehearsal is required. ($40/hour per instrumentalist and soloist)

Other

Music Selection Session (1/2hr) $ 50.00

Many Brides and event organizers take advantage of this service to enhance their special day or event. This is the time to hear the musicians live, and choose the music to make your event memorable.

Personal Musical Arrangement $ 50.00 + cost of music

Do you and your fiancé have a special song? Would you like that played for you in your ceremony? For a small fee we can take your distinctive piece and arrange it for one of the groups. All you have to do is supply the music and we will do the rest. Or if you would like we can track down the music and add the cost to your final bill. This is your special day, and we will try to make it as personalized and unique as we can!
